To give to an existing fund, please make your check payable to the Community Foundation of Fayette County. On the check's memo line, please indicate the name of the fund (e.g. the Uniontown Library Fund) to which you would like to give your gift. Gifts may be hand-delivered or mailed to the Community Foundation of Fayette County at 2 West Main Street, Suite 101, Uniontown, PA 15401.
